Արխիվները՝ որպես կրթության նոր գործիք․ Erasmus+ ծրագիր Լյուքսեմբուրգում

Ինգա Դրոստը և  Մաթո Հախվերդյանը «Աբովյան մշակութային միության» անունից մասնակցել են Erasmus+ ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացված «The Transforming Archives into Education (TAE)» միջազգային վերապատրաստման դասընթացին, որը կազմակերպվել էր fsluxembourg.lu⁠ կազմակերպության կողմից Լյուքսեմբուրգի Esch-sur-Alzette քաղաքում։

Ծրագիրը միավորել էր կրթության, մշակույթի, արխիվագիտության և երիտասարդական աշխատանքի ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների՝ ուսումնասիրելու, թե ինչպես կարելի է արխիվային նյութերը վերածել ժամանակակից և ներգրավող կրթական գործիքների։ Մասնակիցները ծանոթացել են թվային ցուցահանդեսների ստեղծմանը, աուդիովիզուալ պատմապատմանը, արհեստական բանականության կիրառմանը արխիվներում և մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման նոր մեթոդներին։

Դասընթացի ավարտին մասնակիցները ստացել են Youthpass վկայականներ՝ հաստատելով ձեռք բերված գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները։ Ստացված փորձը և մեթոդները կկիրառվեն համայնքային ապագա կրթական և մշակութային նախաձեռնություններում։

Inge Drost and Mato Hakhverdian were honoured to participate on behalve of Abovian Cultural Association in the Erasmus+ training course “The Transforming Archives into Education (TAE)” organised by Formation et Sensibilisation Luxembourg (FSL) in Esch-sur-Alzette, bringing together educators, researchers, archivists, and youth workers from different countries to explore innovative ways of using archives in education and youth work.

The project aimed to empower participants with practical skills to transform archival materials — printed documents, photographs, audiovisual archives, and multimedia resources — into engaging educational tools that promote critical thinking, historical understanding, and active participation. Through interactive and hands-on methods, participants explored how archives can become instruments for learning, intercultural dialogue, and social change.

During the programme, participants took part in a wide range of inspiring sessions and study visits, including:

• Visit to the National Audiovisual Centre

• Treasure Hunt activity in the city exploring graffiti and urban narratives

• Archives in Youth Work

• Audiovisual archives and storytelling

• “Reading Between the Lines”: questioning bias and missing narratives

• AI and Archives: New Possibilities, New Risks

• Building digital exhibitions and youth workers as curators

• Visit to the European Parliament and rooftop guided tour

• Escher Bibliothéik visit

• Development of new educational tools and dissemination activities

The training course also introduced participants to Erasmus+ opportunities for international cooperation, mobility, and cultural heritage projects. At the end of the programme, participants received the Youthpass certificate, recognising the development of the 8 Key Competences for Lifelong Learning.

We would like to thank Formation et Sensibilisation Luxembourg and all trainers, facilitators, and partner organisations for this meaningful learning experience and for creating a space for international exchange, collaboration, and innovation in education and youth work.
