ԲԵՐՁՈՐԻ (ԼԱՉԻՆԻ) ՄԻՋԱՆՑՔԻ ՇՐՋԱՓԱԿՈՒՄԸ

Ադրբեջանի կողմից Բերձորի միջանցքի շրջափակման մեկնարկից ի վեր՝ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից, Հոլանդահայ կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիան (FAON-ը) հոլանդացի քաղաքական գործիչների և մամուլի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է տեղում տիրող իրավիճակի վրա՝ իր հիմնական և վտանգավոր հետևանքներով։

Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանն ընդունել է երկու բանաձև այս հարցի կապակցությամբ, իսկ հոլանդական լրատվամիջոցները` NOS, NRC, Volkskrant, Trouw, RD, ND և այլն որոշակի ուշադրություն են դարձրել շրջափակմանը և կառավարությունը քայլեր է ձեռնարկել ամենատարբեր առիթներով: Դրանով հանդերձ, այս ճգնաժամի վերաբերյալ թե Նիդերլանդների և թե միջազգային ուշադրությունը տակավին անբավարար է։ Շրջափակման սկզբից Հոլանդահայ կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիան (FAON-ը) շարունակաբար ներկայացրել է կացությունը և պահանջել միջոցներ ձեռնարկել և ճնշում գործադրել Բերձորի միջանցքի ապաշրջափակման համար, ի թիվս այլոց՝ մամլո հաղորդագրությունների և անմիջական շփումների և ձեզ հետ միասին Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանի առջև եռօրյա Լուռ բողոքի ակցիայի միջոցով: Մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր պայքարը մինչև խնդրի դրական հանգուցալուծումը, ինչպես այս հանրահավաքը Հաագայի Խաղաղության պալատի դիմաց։

Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը (ICJ)՝ ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր դատական մարմինը, երկուշաբթի՝ հունվարի 30-ին, կանցկացնի հանրային լսումներ Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման մասին միջազգային կոնվենցիայի կիրառման վերաբերյալ գործով (Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի): Դատավարության լսումները տեղի կունենան Հաագայի Խաղաղության պալատում, դատարանի նստավայրում:

Լսումները նվիրված են լինելու 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից ներկայացված միջանկյալ միջոցներ կիրառելու խնդրանքին։

✅Հունվարի 30-ին, ժամը 10-ից մինչև 12-ը կընթանա Հայաստանի պաշտպանական ճառի եզակի փուլը և ժամը 16-ից մինչև 18-ը` Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանական ճառի եզակի փուլը։

Հունվարի 30-ին, Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանական ճառի ժամանակ, մենք Խաղաղության պալատի դիմաց մեր հանրահավաքով խիստ դատապարտելու ենք Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակմումը և Արցախի բնակչության նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի անմարդկային վերաբերմունքը։

During the Silent Protest the delegation of FAON was received in the Parliament by the members of the Foreign Affairs committee of the Parliament headed by the Chairman of the Commission Rudmer Heerema. The FAON submitted to the commission a petition on the urgent steps to be undertaken in order to ease the deepening humanitarian crisis in Artsakh and unblock the only road connecting 120000 Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh to the outside world.

BLOCKADE OF LACHIN CORRIDOR

Since the start of the blockade of the Lachin corridor by Azerbaijan, December 12, 2022, FAON has drawn the attention of Dutch politicians and the press to the situation on the ground with its major and dangerous consequences.

The Dutch Parliament has now adopted two motions on this issue, the Dutch media NOS, NRC, Volkskrant, Trouw, RD, ND etc. have paid some attention to it and the government has taken action in all kinds of places. But the attention is still insufficient, just like in other countries. From the beginning of the blockade, the FAON has constantly demanded attention and exerted pressure, among others by press releases and direct contacts, and together with many of you, through 3 days of Silent protest action in front of the Dutch Parliament. We will continue our actions, such as now with a demonstration in front of the Peace Palace in The Hague.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, will hold public hearings in the case concerning Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Armenia v. Azerbaijan) on Monday 30 January 2023, at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court.

The hearings will be devoted to the Request for the indication of provisional measures submitted by the Republic of Armenia on 27 December 2022.

History of the proceedings: 10 a.m. to 12 noon Single round of oral argument by Armenia and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Single round of oral argument by Azerbaijan.

On 30 January during Single round of oral argument by Azerbaijan, we will hold a demonstration in front of the Peace Palace to draw attention to the blockade of the Lachin corridor by Azerbaijan and the humanitarian crisis for the population of Artsach (Nagorno Karabakh).

The situation is becoming more dire and action is urgently needed. Support and join this Protest Rally!

Azerbaijan) on Monday 30 January 2023, at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court. Session held under the presidency of Judge Joan E. Donoghue, President of the Court.

La Cour internationale de Justice (CIJ), organe judiciaire principal de l'Organisation des Nations Unies, tient des audiences publiques sur la demande en indication de mesures conservatoires présentée par la République d'Arménie en l'affaire relative à l'Application de la convention internationale sur l'élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination raciale (Arménie c.
